Poll #3

Ok, so here was last weeks poll question: "How many states, before 1986, had felony animal cruelty laws?"

The answer to this was... four! Today, there are currently about 42 states.

    I can't believe that there were only four states less than twenty five years ago that had laws! Do you know which states don't have animal cruelty laws today?

      I think the few remaining states are Arkansas, Utah, Idaho, Missippi, Alaska, South Carolina, and North Dakota
